Glynn Watts, CDT
President/Owner

Glynn Watts, Advantage Dental Design Lab's owner and master ceramist, is a certified dental technician with over 39 years experience in the dental lab industry. He was also a co-founder of Seven Hills Dental Laboratory.

Watts has received numerous national and statewide awards for his restorative work and has been featured in various trade publications. He has also been recognized by the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for his superior craftsmanship. He received specialized training from the LVI and the Dawson Institute. He has participated in the AACD's Give Back a Smile program and served on the board of directors for the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

His work has been showcased on the Phoenix Project Makeover on local CBS affiliate and the Dr. Phil Show. He has received two Gold Awards from the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry's Smile Gallery. Watts has also won three Gold Awards and one Members' Choice Award from the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
